1. General Provisions

• By purchasing a course or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Any deviations must be confirmed in writing.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in euros and include VAT.
• Payment can be made via iDEAL or other available methods.
• Access is granted after successful payment.

3. Delivery & Access

• Access is provided within 24 hours after payment.
• Access is guaranteed for at least 2 years from purchase.
• A stable internet connection is required for video playback.

4. Withdrawal / Refund Policy

• Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once access is granted.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials — videos, audio, choreography, castanet arrangements, explanations, subtitles, downloads — are the exclusive intellectual property of Kadri Flamenco.
• Copying, sharing, re-uploading, screen-recording, redistributing, or reselling is strictly forbidden.
• Unauthorised use may result in access removal and legal action.

6. Liability

• Kadri Flamenco is not liable for any damage resulting from course participation.
• Temporary technical problems do not entitle compensation.

7. Medical Disclaimer

• All lessons are intended for educational and recreational use.
• Consult a doctor before starting new physical activity, especially in case of injury, medical conditions, or pregnancy.
• You are responsible for your own physical limits and safety.

8. Complaints & Disputes

• All agreements fall under Dutch law.
• Disputes are handled by the competent court of Overijssel.
